Purchased two pillows a few years ago and found them to be OK... nothing special, nothing great... contrary to what was sold us. The sales practices and the product itself don't measure up and with all the ongoing complaints about BOGO offers, over priced mattress covers and the latest... a Covid-19 miracles cure, it's no wonder the guy is crazy and should be shut down. Never buy a product from this lunatic and you'll be glad you had nothing to do with My Pillow. Wish I could say the same.
I wouldn't be surprised if this were deleted. I hope not. If I could give zero stars, I would. I've given this pillow four months holding out hope that I just need to adjust, but it's worse every week. Clinks together, falls into the crack between mattress and headboard. Just absolutely the worst pillow imaginable. Serious discomfort. Neck, back pain and waking multiple times in the night to readjust. I finally theee it out and replaced with an average medium pillow and can finally sleep again. My pillow is a scam and a terrible pillow. Hope this isn't censored because y'all need to know.

My neck pain intensified after trying this pillow because the height of the pillow was not good for my neck. And it becomes too bunched up on one end and does not "even out" even with washing. Does not live up to it's hype and for the price is a real rip off. I'd give it a 0 if I could.
Horrid product by a corrupt litte dictator. Wouldn't spend my money on this product if my life depended on it.
My father bought one of these pillows years ago. He didn't like it, so put it in the guest room, where I would sleep when visiting. I was excited to try it out, because I'd seen the intriguing ads for it. I immediately felt how lumpy it was; just stuffed with chopped up foam. I tried sleeping on it, but could not get comfortable at all. It was so lumpy, and both too hard and too soft in random areas. I threw it on the floor, and used a nice down pillow instead. This is extreme false advertising and a scam to make $$ off on a cheap, P. O. S. Pillow.
Enishaly I like your product but you got on the wagon with Trump, who has caused alot of pain and fear to the United States, everyone is now divided, is this the world you want, if you want to prosper stay out of political thing's or keep your opinion to your self or your bottom line is going to suffer
-The pillows we purchased are not made for good orthopedic sleep.
-They are overfilled and lumpy -neck pain
-They do not wash well and are impossible to dry once they are washed
- For the price, they are a rip-off. One can find cheaper pillows -same design -for much less money.
(But why would you even want a pillow of this engineering?)
Don't bother. And don't believe the ads - but that's what advertising is right?
Ordered two pillows - one medium fill, one most fill - they arrived both being medium fill. Went to their website to ask how to go about changing - no reply.
Stuffing is not comfortable, it smells weird, and they do sink and don't stay fluffed-up all night.
Don't know if the 10 year warranty works, don't know if the 60 day guarantee works. But my guess is that they won't - given the no response from my first enquiry.
I thought maybe I didn't know how to sleep on it, until I read other reviews. These pillows are awful. My neck hurts and I wake up with terrible headaches. I trusted the guy and bought 2 of them. It's just the cost of education, I guess. Sad.

THEY PLAY AMAZING GRACE WHILEYOU WAIT ON THE PHONE FOR OVER AN HR I HAD TO CALL THE ORDER LINE TO TALK WITH A RUDE, NEVER BUY A MY PILLOW PRODUCT IT IS A SHAME 74 YRS OLD LIVING ON 568.00 SS A MONTH. SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE.

If I knew that a pillow from the US will take more then 3 weeks to ship and still didn't arrived, i would go to the nearest bad -bath&beyond and buy there insted, hopefully the pillow will be worth it, Because I need a good supportive pillow, but kind of sceptic after reading all this bad reviews

I used to joke if a restaurant or event in my diverse city has only white folks at it "this place is whiter than a mypillow commercial, and it sucks worse than a my pillow" my friends didn't understand because they hadn't noticed only Caucasian people in the infomercial, but they did agree the mypillow sucks as a product.
The fact mypillow had discounts for insurrectionists makes this company a terrorism sponsor. On jan6 MAGA supporters were given the promo code "storm", sane day they stormed the Capitol. Then 5 days before trump leaves office the Washington post took pic of head of my pillow getting ready to speak to Trump about martial Law and more insurrection. Please don't give him money because he wants to be a governor Boycott this bs product and their treasonous behavior

You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier.
Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021

They transfer you from one department to the next so you never get your complete answer. Very frustrating and time-consuming and I ended up not getting my 100% refund as they promised.
